FRANSABANK signed a Murabaha contract for two years, renewable if jointly agreed, with ABC Islamic Bank which is headquartered in Bahrain , for USD 5 million. The contract was signed by Mr. Adel Kassar Vice Chairman and General Manager of FRANSABANK, and Mr. Mohammad Bou Kais the General Manager and Mr. Abdul Rahman Abdullah Al Kuhaji the Assistant to the General Manager for Marketing from ABC Islamic Bank. The Murabaha contract allows FRANSABANK to finance productive enterprises in the Lebanese economy in line with ABC- Islamic Bank investment principles, and for a period extending over two years.
