Sogefon assures the management of FRANSABANK’s real estate purse and its own developed real estate properties in Beirut and Jbeil. These properties are rented to FRANSABANK to house its Head Office and its branches in these areas. The company stays abreast of the real estate development in Lebanon.
In 1996 FRANSABANK was the co-founder of the first nation-wide ATM network, International Payment Network (IPN) that ensures payment cards acceptance, clearing and settlement services between 23 national banks and international card organizations. IPN manages the routing of ATMs transactions in Lebanon. FRANSABANK owns 23.5% of IPN’s shares.
