The mission of the Human Resources Division is to plan, organize, manage, and develop FRANSABANK's human capital in alignment with the Bank's Values and Corporate and Business Objectives.

We design, implement, and maintain manpower planning development programs that enhance our human capital's personal and professional goals and enlarge their capacity for greater responsibilities and future opportunities within the limits of their potential. Training & Development activities cover a wide range of programs starting from Orientation and Induction Programs for New Recruits.
