Integration in Communication

The aim therefore is to fully integrate those people into FRANSABANK’s culture and to allow them to smoothly merge in it. The best way to achieve this goal is through maintaining and ensuring a healthy internal communication for the Bank’s employees and at all levels. A vital step to this overall strategy is “Zapping” the new internal newsletter at FRANSABANK that is informative and interactive. Within a very short period of time, “Zapping” succeeded in boosting the sense of family and belonging among employees, thus effectively grabbing a very huge audience in no time.   

'Amicale' Employees Club


FRANSABANK employees have formed "Amicale" an employee club which is funded by FRANSABANK. Amicale organizes social activities, cultural events and trips for the employees and their families. Fransabank offers its employees, through its relations with partners and customers, discount prices for restaurants and retail stores. Also, FRANSABANK organizes for its employees and their families annual celebrations where every member receives a gift. The main celebration remains the Christmas annual lunch which Amicale organizes for the staff and their families. The party encounters a luncheon, amusement programs, and distribution of gifts to employees’ children.

Sports Activities


Within its strategy to promote a healthy and friendly work environment, FRANSABANK focused on sports’ activities. FRANSABANK’s new basketball team successfully ranked second in the Banks’ Employees Championship held in September by the Lebanese Syndicate of Banks’ Employees. These results were scored in an enthusiastic cheering atmosphere, with the presence of the members of FRANSABANK’s family. The newly shaped mini football team participated as well in several tournaments and scored satisfactory results. Another group was formed to join the Beirut Marathon, confirming that "FRANSABANK will go the distance with you”, and an interesting sports activity was also included on the list: Rally. The participant on behalf of FRANSABANK was proudly awarded several championship shields and awards.
