How can you get it?
- You should be a Lebanese expatriate
- You should not exceed 60 years old by the end of the loan period
- You should be an employee with a minimum of 2 years in the current company or professional with a steady income with a minimum of 3 years in the same occupation
- Your monthly salary / income should not be lower than of USD 1,500 if employed or USD 2,000 if self-employed
- Guarantees:
- First Degree Mortgage of the apartment in favor of Fransabank
- Life Insurance policy
- Fire Insurance policy covering the apartment
