- Financial statements:Balance Sheet & Income Statement & trade discount
- Bank's statement of accounts (for the last 2 years)
- Company's Circular
- Extract of register of commerce
- Lease or investement contract
- Medical insurance card for the applicant & dependants
Documents relative to the employee
- A salary certificate
- Company's circular of the emloyer (if any)
- A social security membership card in case you work in the private sector
- A public institution membership case you work in the public sector
Documents relative to the house (relevant to the loan)
- Copy of construction permit (in case of building a house)
- Copy of allotment plan (Authenticated)
- Zoning & planning certificate
- Sales contract and receipts or sales promise
- Rules of Co-property Authenticated by a Public Notary
- Habitation permit authenticated by legal authorities
- In case of restoration or construction: Work schedule, construction permit
