Who are the eligible clients? 

  • Professionals or traders who fulfill the purpose of the loan
  • The applicant needs to prove a minimum of 2 years career history within the same profession

How can you get it?

  • First degree mortgage on purchased plot up to 125% of loan amount
  • Life insurance covering 100% of loan amount
  • Fire insurance covering the appraised value of the purchased plot


 (*) The Beirut Reference Rate is calculated and recommended by the Lebanese Banks Association on the basis of the average cost of deposits for a specific period of time plus the average banking operational cost and taking into consideration the prevailing loans' dollarization rate.
