Fransabank offers its Daam Loan with the possible collaboration of International Institutions. Daam Loan will help you purchase the needed equipment for your project, refurbish your business premises or finance any new project you might have. The interest rate on Daam Loan is subsidized by the Central Bank of Lebanon based on the type of industry and on the Central Bank’s conditions.
Who are the eligible clients?
Subsidized sectors: Tourism, Industry, Agriculture, Handicrafts and High Technology
What can you borrow?
- Loan amount: USD 30,000 and above
- Interest Rate in USD: Libor (3 months) + 7%
- Loan Period: ranging between 5 and 7 years
- Grace Period: ranging between 6 months and 2 years
