Fransabank Group Announces the Acquisition of Fransa Invest Bank SAL by Fransabank SAL Amidst Challenging Economic and Financial Landscape.

In this context and as part of an internal restructuring initiative, Fransabank SAL have bought the assets, rights, liabilities and obligations of Fransa Invest Bank SAL, a wholly owned subsidiary of Fransabank SAL, in accordance with Law 192 dated January 14, 1993 and its amendments, and following receipt of the final approval of the Central Bank of Lebanon.

As such, Fransabank SAL replaced Fransa Invest Bank SAL. All accounts and services have automatically transitioned to Fransabank SAL. Necessary measures were taken to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted transition experience, and customers can expect to receive the same level of services from the dedicated teams.
