Management
The General Manager - CEO is responsible to represent the Bank towards third parties and have all the authorities to implement the Board decisions and oversee the daily business of the Bank under the oversight and monitoring of the Board of Directors.
Senior Management, under the leadership of the General Manager - CEO, are responsible and held accountable for overseeing the day-to-day management of the Bank and for implementing the strategy and policies approved by the Board of Directors, in addition to overseeing the business activities.
To support effective decision-making and coordination across the Bank, specialized Management Committees are established, whose members include senior staff having the responsibility to set strategies and take decisions as necessary for the development of the Bank’s activities and to ensure a proper management of any potential conflict of interest.
