Fransabank introduces its cardless ATMs that let you withdraw cash using your mobile phone instead of a physical debit card.

What are cardless ATMs?

Cardless ATMs provide access to your account and allow you to withdraw cash without the need for a debit card. Instead, they rely on account verification via text message on your smartphone.

What is a cardless ATM withdrawal?

Cardless ATM withdrawal is a safe and simple method that allows you to withdraw cash using your mobile phone without the need for a physical card.
Cardless withdrawals require two-step authentication. Once a transaction is initiated at an ATM, you will need to enter your Client ID at the bank, then you will receive on your mobile a one-time OTP which will be used to withdraw funds from the ATM.

How to use a Cardless ATM?

• On the ATM menu screen, click on the button or touch the screen showing “Cardless transactions”.
• Enter your Bank Client ID.
• Enter the OTP you have received on your mobile.
• Press Cash Withdrawal.
• Enter the withdrawal operation/type.
• Enter the requested amount.
• Successfully take out your cash.
